Wonderful! I bought a supermarket matcha while waiting for this item to arrive and found there really is a difference. The supermarket matcha (Ninja Matcha? I think) claiming to be a “premium” matcha was a yellowish green, while this etsy store's matcha was a beautiful green. (See pics)
I'm impressed by this product. Tastes very close to the traditional ceremonial-grade matcha I had in Japan. I compared it with another local brand I bought from and they are so different just by the looks. I find the price reasonable given the good quality.
I love this matcha! I have tried matcha from lots of big and small brands on the market over the years, and this one is so much better in both quality and taste. It has a very potent matcha flavour to it, with a bit of earthy after taste.
It's definitely not the cheapest, but you can't beat the price with this quality. Will definitely repurchase and recommend to friends!

This is a very high quality matcha at a decent price! I have paid for more expensive matcha like Tsujiri ( ~$30 for 40g) and I could say the quality of this matcha is really close. The colour is so green and it smells so sweet when you open the bag. It blends pretty well, no clumps at all. Really happy with this matcha. I made a comparison between my previous matcha from Tsujiri (on the right) and this matcha on the left for your reference . Such a hidden gem!

Amazing value for matcha! On par with Tsujiri's quality for half the price. I make matcha lattes with the powder and it foams up really well. Colour is vibrant grass green and tastes like the ones you get at fancy cafes.

The matcha quality is top-notch. Doesnt taste mainly bitter just lightly. What surprised me is the aftertaste is so fragrant with green tea. The color is no complain to.
