How to Prepare

1. Measure 4g of matcha and sift into a matcha bowl to remove clumps.
2. Add 50ml of hot water (70-80°C) and whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until frothy. Use a traditional chasen - bamboo whisk (highly recommended) or milk frother.
3. Top with water for tea, or milk/milk alternative for a matcha latte. Sweeten and add ice if desired.
