Due to the nature of our products, all consumable items — including our matcha and hojicha teas — are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos and your order number so we can quickly assess the issue and make it right.
