How to Prepare

1. Measure 3g of hojicha powder and sift into a mug or bowl for a smooth, lump-free texture.
2. Add 50ml of hot water (80°C) and whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until frothy. A bamboo whisk (chasen) works best.
3. Enjoy as a traditional tea with water or mix with milk/milk alternative for a delicious hojicha latte. Sweeten and add ice if desired.
