How to Prepare Matcha

1. Sift 4g of matcha powder into a bowl to remove clumps.
2. Add 50ml of warm water (70–80°C / 158–176°F).
3. Whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until frothy using a bamboo whisk (chasen) for best results.
4. Enjoy as a traditional tea or add milk/milk alternatives for a creamy matcha latte. Sweeten or add ice if desired.
