How to Prepare Matcha
- Sift 4g of matcha powder into a bowl to remove clumps.
- Add 50ml of warm water (70–80°C / 158–176°F).
- Whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until frothy using a bamboo whisk (chasen) for best results.
- Enjoy as a traditional tea or add milk/milk alternatives for a creamy matcha latte. Sweeten or add ice if desired.
Storage Instructions
- Store in a cool, dry, dark place away from sunlight, humidity, heat, and strong odors.
- Reseal tightly after each use to maintain freshness.
- Best consumed within 4 months after opening for optimal flavor and quality.
